Hello! I missed this space last week. ☺️ It’s officially been one month of Substack for me and it’s become such a lovely way to share and connect more deeply with you all. I love the questions I get, and the recs many of you are so generous to share, it’s exactly what I hoped this space would be. I have lots more up my sleeve though so let’s get to it…
This week I’m taking you with me for a Costco meal plan. This was requested by a reader and also I need to get to Costco to stock up on some things so when I do I like to make a meal plan of it, I’m sharing the full plan below along with other Costco and non-Costco related things. Grab a slice of carrot cake and let’s dive in!
This email may be too long for email, read the rest on the Substack website or app.
I cannot get Maggie Rogers’ new song out of my head so I added it to my trusty (& random) Kitchen Jams playlist but I’m also excited to play Cowboy Carter all week long (side note: this article about country music was interesting as someone who grew up loving country music and still does to this day— I even converted my very anti-country music husband 😄). I’ve also dipped into a few audiobooks that weren’t quite holding me but Happily Never After quickly caught my attention— I love the unique plot (a male/female duo who are hired to break off weddings, this part kinda blows my mind) and the witty banter, this is my first Lynn Painter novel.
