Last week I made a Costco run and shared a meal plan using all Costco items and typically after a run to Costco, we are bursting at the seams so I can typically stretch our groceries for two weeks, supplementing with some pantry staples.
This week I’m covering exactly that, using up the remaining produce in our fridge with some pantry goods to make the most of what we’ve got, and as promised I have a deliciously creamy green chile chick’n enchilada recipe I tried out a few weeks ago and it was soooooo good.
